Samsunspor fan groups, who condemned the incident from the first moment, broke their silence this time after 3 police officers on duty at the scene were suspended.
"The Victimization of Our Police Officers is Our Plague"
In the joint statement made on behalf of the fan groups, it was emphasized once again that the incident was not approved, and it was stated that the suspension of the police members hurt consciences. The statement included the following statements:
"Our police officers, who worked hard for the unity of the homeland and did not hesitate to be martyrs and veterans to ensure security and public order, unfortunately became the biggest victim of this isolated incident. There is no description of the embarrassment we feel towards our suspended police officers and their families."
